At Engrave Everything on Anything, your satisfaction means everything to us. Each piece we create is crafted with precision, care, and attention to detail. Because many of our items are personalized or custom-made, certain return conditions apply. Please review our policy below for full details.


πŸ›οΈ 1. Unwanted or Incorrect Items (Online Orders)

If you wish to return or exchange an unwanted or incorrect item, please contact us within seven (7) days of receiving your order by emailing sales@engraveeverythingonanything.com.

Please include your name, contact number, and invoice number in all communications so we can assist you promptly.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in its original packaging.
  • All items must be securely packaged to prevent damage during return shipping.
  • A courier collection can be arranged at your convenience.
  • If the item is damaged due to poor packaging during return, we will be unable to issue a refund.

Once the item is received and inspected, a refund or exchange will be processed within 5–7 working days.
Courier costs for the return will be deducted from your refund unless the return is due to an error on our part.

If you prefer to use your own courier, please request our return address and send us the tracking/waybill number for reference.

🧩 Please note: Custom-engraved or personalized items are non-refundable once engraving has begun, unless defective or engraved incorrectly by our team.


🏬 2. In-Store Purchases

For in-store purchases, returns or exchanges are accepted within seven (7) working days of the purchase date.

You may choose to:

  • Receive a refund, or
  • Exchange the item for store credit toward another product.

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

🧩 Custom-made or engraved products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges unless there was an engraving error caused by our team.


πŸ“¦ 3. Damaged or Faulty Items

If your engraved item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within three (3) working days of receiving your order.

We will gladly replace or repair the affected item(s) at no additional cost.

To assist us in resolving the issue quickly, please email:

  • A description of the damage,
  • Clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging, and
  • Your name and invoice number.

Once we receive and inspect the item(s), we will send a replacement or corrected engraving free of charge.

We take great care to ensure every engraving matches your approved design.

  • If an error occurs on our side, we’ll redo the engraving or replace the item at no cost to you.
  • If the error is due to customer-provided details (e.g. spelling, dates, or design files), we’ll offer a discounted re-engraving or replacement option.

To avoid errors, we recommend always reviewing and approving your digital proof before engraving begins.


πŸ’Ό 5. Custom Orders and Non-Refundable Items

Since each custom engraving is made specifically for you, the following items are non-refundable:

  • Custom-engraved or personalized products
  • Items modified, used, or damaged after delivery
  • Items approved via design proof and correctly produced

If your order is personalized but you experience an issue with craftsmanship or quality, please reach out β€” we’ll do our best to make it right.


🚚 6. Shipping and Delivery Issues

We offer local delivery and nationwide shipping for your convenience.
If your parcel is delayed or lost during transit, we’ll work directly with our courier partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within two (2) working days, and we’ll arrange a free collection and replacement at our expense.

Orders may be cancelled or modified before engraving begins.
Once engraving or customization has started, cancellations are not possible as the item has been tailored specifically for you.
